How to request deletion

You can delete your data from Cuematic at any time using any of the following methods:

• Disconnect a platform: In your Cuematic settings, disconnect a connected account (e.g. Instagram or YouTube). This immediately deletes its stored access tokens and any pending publish jobs.
• From Instagram/Facebook: Go to your Meta account's Settings → Apps and Websites, remove Cuematic, and Meta will send us a data-deletion request automatically. We delete the associated data and confirm via this page.
• Delete everything: Email us at privacy@cuematic.ai to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
